Our Story
Built on conviction, not convenience.
City Skyline Chicago opened its doors on North Lincoln Avenue with a simple belief: that great coffee deserves great attention. We source from producers who share that commitment — farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala where every cherry is hand-picked and every process is deliberate.
Our baristas train for months before pulling a solo shot. Our pastries come from local bakers who understand that butter, time, and technique can't be rushed. And our space — with its deep burgundy walls, brass fixtures, and natural stone — was designed to feel like a refuge from the noise outside.
